Jo Braadlie
Managing Director/Project Manager
Mr. Braadlie has more than 20 years of experience from the oil and gas industry with a particular focus on the SURF segment. 11 years in Technip Norge AS with several technical and commercial positions, including 5 years as Project Manager for major development projects. He has also served as Business Development Director of the former Cecon ASA and Maritime Director for Bukser og Berging AS.
Graham Medhurst
Operations & Business Development Manager/Project Manager
Graham Medhurst started his oilfield career in 1989 as a Field Engineer with Schlumberger, before specializing in subsea projects and marine operations. He has gained international experience with Chevron, Technip and Aker Solutions in a variety of positions including Senior Project Manager, Offshore Manager and Operations Director.
Bjørn-Ivar Carlsen
Finanicial Manager/Project Cost Controller
Bjørn Ivar Carlsen has nearly 30 years of experience from financial and management positions from various companies.He has been CFO in Orkla Snacks, Brødrene Dahl AS, Norstat ASA, Secretary General in the Norwegian Skifederation and CEO in Zoncolan ASA.
Jens Buene
Contracts Manager/Project Contracts Engineer
Jens Buene has worked his entire career within the offshore industry. He has a background from Brown & Root as internal auditor and project administrator, which was followed by 27 years at Technip where he led the contracts department. He has been engaged with Cecon since 2016.
Anette Omre
Project Manager
Anette is a marine engineer with extensive offshore experience with 2 years as a field engineer on board a Subsea 7 construction vessel. 8 years experience from various SURF projects onshore & offshore. Experienced in planning fast track projects for major companies in the North Sea oil and gas business.
Simon Orr
Principal Engineer
Simon is a Naval Architect with more than 15 years’ experience in vessel design, construction, and operations worldwide. Worked as onshore/offshore engineer and project manager for various SURF, pipeline, FPSO, moorings, conversion and renewables projects in South East Asia, Africa and Europe.
Halvor Snellingen
Principal Engineer
Halvor has 30 year of experience from development of deepwater trenching and dredging system. He has experience from operation from more than 120 project worldwide and protection of more than 6500 km of pipelines, fiberoptical and power cables.
Christopher Solheim-Allen
QHSES Manager/Project QHSES Engineer
Chris has extensive experience in QHSES, risk & emergency management from the subsea and nuclear industries. He is a former UK Royal Navy nuclear submarine engineer officer, QHSES Director for Technip Norge, and Head of HSSEQ for Golar floating LNG. Offshore experience from Europe, Mediterranean and West Africa.
Jon Terje Leinaas
Senior Engineer
Jon Terje is a mechanical engineer who started his career as a wireline field engineer for Schlumberger in 2000. After returning to Norway he worked as an approval engineer for DNV, and with finite element software at EDR. He has 7 years of experience with Aker Oilfield Services related to construction of well intervention vessels and he has worked on three submarine fibre cable installation projects after joining Cecon.
Sverre Bakk Andersen
Project Engineer
Sverre is a petroleum engineer who started his career as a wireline field engineer for Schlumberger in 2019, working mainly in Australia and Qatar. In 2022 he joined DeepOcean as a project engineer, working with flexibles-installation on construction projects in the North Sea. He joined Cecon as a project engineer in 2024.
Elise Nørgaard
Project Engineer
Elise is a Marine Engineer with diverse experience in the Oil & Gas and renewable industries. She spent five years at TechnipFMC as a Project Engineer, where she worked on various SURF project with focus on pre-commissioning and light construction, gaining extensive offshore experience in the subsea sector. Thereafter, she worked as a System Engineer at Nel Hydrogen, contributing to large-scale hydrogen projects.
Rebekka Dunham
Project Engineer
Rebekka has a background in music and switched careers pursuing an education in mechanical engineering. She has previously worked as project engineer for AF Gruppen and has five years’ experience in offshore decommissioning, product advisement and customer service. She joined Cecon in October 2024.
